The Laboratory
The workshop takes place in an informal and welcoming environment, led by expert instructors who will be able to put even the shyest participants at ease.
During the workshop lasting about 3 hours, you will learn about the origins of Sardinian dances, their symbolic meanings and their different regional variations. You will also have the opportunity to dance together with other participants, creating an atmosphere of sharing and fun.
The program of the workshop for beginners includes the following activities:
- Introduction to Sardinian dance: history, origins, symbolic meanings and different regional variations.
- Learning the basic steps: the basic step, the double step, the turned step and the skipped step.
- Hands-on exercises: Participants will have the opportunity to put into practice the steps learned.
